1. Introduction and definitions

This App Privacy Policy (“App Privacy Policy”) describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information (“Personal Data”) when you download and use TameBoar Apps (“TameBoar App”), refer to iOS App or Google Play App under “TameBoar” brand, or engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing or events. We will handle your Personal Data provided by you through TameBoar App in accordance with this App Privacy Policy.

By using TameBoar App, you consent to our App Privacy Policy, and agree to the collection and use of Personal Data which may involve international transmission of such information in relation to this App Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by the method described in ‘Deletion of Personal Data’ in this App Privacy Policy.

The TameBoar App(s) are developed and operated by Probescan Limited (“Probescan”) incorporated in Hong Kong. Probescan reserves the right to change or modify this App Privacy Policy at any time in its absolute discretion.

In this App Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Probescan, and “you” and “your” refers to you, the user of TameBoar App. “Personal Data” refers to any information relating to “you.”

It is important to note that Personal Data may contain Cookies that are used in TameBoar App. As the TameBoar App does not provide a feature to disable cookies, some of your rights related to Personal Data may not apply to Cookies. In such cases, withdrawing your consent, as outlined in the ‘Deletion of Personal Data’ section of this App Privacy Policy, might be a necessary consideration.

The term “Applicable Data Privacy Laws” refers to all laws and regulations, including those issued by relevant supervisory authorities, that are designed to protect individuals’ rights and freedoms, especially their right to privacy in relation to the processing of Personal Data. In order to provide a better user experience, TameBoar App may collect and retains the following Personal Data, all or some of the items in the list given below based on features integrated in each TameBoar App by using techniques as provided by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) when you use TameBoar App.

device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address,
device model name,
device ID,
device’s operating system version,
geolocation information,
configuration of the TameBoar App,
the time and date of use of TameBoar App,
other statistics,
email address if the user registers on TameBoar App.

By using the Personal Data provided by you, we are able to provide you with basic functionalities of the TameBoar App including certain location-based services if necessary, manage your account, and contact you if necessary.

3. Sharing and disclosing collected Personal Data

We do not sell your Personal Data.

Unless required to comply or authorized by Applicable Data Privacy Laws, your Personal Data will not be disclosed without your consent to any third parties other than:

payment gateways,
advertising agencies including Google Play Services, AdMob, Ad Delivery,
traffic and data analytics services including Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase.

4. Security and Retention of Personal Data

Your Personal Data will be stored and secured on our server in Tokyo, Japan, and accessible to authorized personnel only. We will do our best to protect your Personal Data safely, however, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that any unauthorized third parties will not be able to improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your Personal Data.

We only keep your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this App Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law which Probescan is subject such as tax and accounting obligations or applicable statutes of limitations.

The criteria for determining how long your Personal Data is retained include, but are not limited to, the length of time you use the TameBoar App and its related services, and whether you have an account with us that is either active or was active within the past twelve (12) months since its termination.

5. Deletion of Personal Data

Probescan reserves the right in its sole discretion to delete your Personal Data from our database completely at any time without prior notification.

You have the right to ask for deletion of your Personal Data from our database. For deletion, please uninstall all TameBoar App(s) from your devices and submit a deletion request by using ‘Send Message’ on ‘Contact Us’ page.

When there is no longer a legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, the approach is to either delete or anonymize it. If neither deletion nor anonymization is possible immediately, for instance, if your Personal Data is in backup archives, the Personal Data will be securely stored and isolated from any further processing. It will remain in this state until deletion becomes feasible.

However, it’s important to note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred prior to the withdrawal. This means that any processing of your Personal Data that took place before you withdrew consent is still considered legally valid.

Also, Probescan may deny a request to delete Personal Data if it is necessary for completing transactions, providing requested services, ensuring the security and integrity of Personal Data, debugging to fix errors or complying with legal obligations.

6. Protection and disclaimer

TameBoar App and its services may contain third-party links such as advertising agencies’ banners to other external websites. Probescan does not assume legal responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

TameBoar App does not address anyone under the age of 13. Probescan does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and immediately deletes any Personal Data from our servers in case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with Personal Data.

7. Contact Us

If you do not agree with our policies and practices stated in this App Privacy Policy, please do not use our TameBoar App and Services. In such cases, withdrawing your consent, as outlined in the ‘Deletion of Personal Data’ section of this App Privacy Policy, might be a necessary consideration.
